Misha is a 16-year-old two-time International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) finalist in her third year of high school who has had a love for science, since her first experiment on the DNA of strawberries. This inspired her to pursue science fair competitions at the state-level and worldwide.
She co-founded a non-profit, Connect4STEM, with the vision of a world where all students have an opportunity to be exposed to STEM through experiments and storytelling. The organization’s goal is to provide a forum of charitable services to families by providing tools and resources that will help build self-esteem, worth, and leadership skills to successfully pursue their dreams for a better life. Misha and Ayan (co- founder) wish to continue to provide access to children interested in STEM through library programs and interactive experiments.
Misha hopes that as you read through her interactive STEM book about the 5 senses, YOU will believe in the power of curiosity and continue exploring your interests so that one day YOU can be a doctor, engineer, astronaut, or Albert Einstein that you have dreamt about. Furthermore, she believes that experimental learning will drive the change and innovation for tomorrow’s problems by giving young children, like YOU, tangible insight into the world around you.
