Param Pujya Munishri 108
Sandhansagar Ji Muniraj
The meaning of Prajnapraad is: to perform inappropriate actions even while having correct knowledge. This can happen on the levels of mind, speech, and actions, and it is visible in every area of life (medicine, education, agriculture, politics, relationships, religion, business, social media, and nature).
According to Ayurveda and the sages, most diseases, suffering, and imbalances arise from Prajnapraad. When a person, due to anger, ego, or attachment, loses discernment, both their personal and social life are affected by their behavior.
Therefore, to avoid Prajnapraad, it is necessary to have good company (satsang), self-restraint, practice, meditation, yoga, and a positive lifestyle. If a person controls their mind, speech, and actions, then peace, order, and harmony can be established in society. In short: Preventing Prajnapraad is the fundamental principle of a healthy, happy, and prosperous life.
