Recently NEP-CCF has been prescribed by the University Grants Commission to improve the quality of teaching in universities across the country. As a result, the overall curriculum has been brought to equality by following certain rules. As this new system has been introduced in universities located all over India, subject-based books are absolutely necessary for students, so keeping them in mind, this book has been prepared for first semester honours and general students according to the Sanskrit syllabus of Calcutta University following CCF syllabus.
