Chirantan Patni is a Graduate in Commerce (1979) and Law Faculty (1982) from Bombay University. He has also passed Diploma in Business Management with Merit Certificate winning Arjun Khimji and Sons Award from renowned Indian Merchant’s Chambers in 1983. He has also been a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi (Batch 1988).He has profound experience in the fields of Accounts, Auditing, Company Law and Corporate Governance etc. He is more inclined to write Novels touching the humanity for peace and value of the life. The life after death are his the most liked subjects. He has good imagination power hence narrates many a times his dreams and imaginations in the form of characters and incidents in his novels. We get the birth as human being and nature has gifted brain, heart and intelligence hence his message is always to go ahead of satisfaction and achieve the saturation point by peace, kindness, generosity and mankind work. જન્મબાદ મલાડ, મુંબઈનો રહેવાસી થયો, જયાં ૩૬ વરસ સુધી અભ્યાસ અને કારકિર્દી ઘડાતી રહી. શૈશવકાળમાં જ પહેલી કવિતા, “મન વિહિન કશું નવ થાય” સ્વતઃ સ્કુરિત થઈ અને જન્મ લેતાં જ કલમથી સીધી, “કચ્છ મિત્ર” દૈનિક સમાચાર પત્રમાં કંડારાઈ ગઈ. આમ “પ્રાર્થક” ઉપનામથી પ્રાર્થનાના પહેલા શબ્દો સાહિત્ય આકાશમાં ગુંજી રહ્યા જે બાળવાર્તા સ્વરૂપે પછીથી “મુંબઈ સમાચાર” અને “જન્મભૂમિ પ્રવાસી” મુંબઈ મધ્યે અને વડોદરા આવ્યા બાદ દિવ્ય ભાસ્કર દૈનિક સમાચારપત્રના "બાળ ભાસ્કર" વિભાગમાં તેમ જ ગુજરાત સમાચારના “ઝગમગ” સાપ્તાહિક આકાશમાં ગુંજતા થયા. તદુપરાંત લેખકના મૌલિક રસપ્રદ લેખો મુંબઈ, અમેરિકા, રાજકોટ, ભુજ અને વડોદરાથી પસિધ્ધ થતા વિવિધ સામાયિકોમાં પ્રસિદ્ધ થતા રહે છે.

કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૧૯૯૭ થી વર્તમાન વર્ષ દરમિયાન આકાશવાણી, વડોદરા અને અમદાવાદ રેડિયો સ્ટેશન પરથી અમૃતધારા (ટોક), વાર્તાલાપ પ્રસારિત તેમ જ પુનઃપ્રસારિત થઇ રહ્યા છે. હાલમાં જયપુર રેડિયો પરથી લેખકના હિન્દી ફિલ્મોના એમણે ગાયેલા ગીતો કોઈકવાર પ્રસારિત થાય છે.

“ગ્રંથગોષ્ઠી” અને “સિનિયર સિટીઝન્સ”ના પૂજ્ય વડિલોએ વિશેષ આધ્યાત્મિક ક્ષેત્રમાં તેમની સમક્ષ વાર્તાલાપ કરવાનો એક મંચ આપ્યો જેનો આ અલ્પજ્ઞાની વિદ્યાર્થી સદા આભારી રહેશે.

કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૦૫માં બાળવાર્તાઓનો સંગ્રહ “રતન જતન”ના શીર્ષક હેઠળ બાળકો માટેનું પુસ્તક “ગુજરાત સાહિત્ય અકાદમી”ની આર્થિક સહાયથી પ્રસિદ્ધ કરેલ, જેને વાચકોનો અને ખાસ કરીને બાળકોનો ઉમદા પ્રતિસાદ મળ્યો હતો.

કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૦૬માં સાહિત્ય ક્ષેત્રમાં બીજું પગથીયું ચડતા આબાલવૃદ્ધ માટેના કાવ્યસંગ્રહ “સમીપતા”ને હૃદય સમીપની અનુભૂતિ કરી વાચકો સમક્ષ પ્રસ્તુત કરવાના ત્યાર પછીના પ્રયાસને પણ વાચકોએ અભિરુચિ દર્શાવી હતી.

ત્યારબાદ કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૦૭માં “ૐ પથિકાય નમઃ” નવલકથા દ્વારા જીવનપથ પર ચાલનારા પથિકના નિર્દોષ, નિખાલસ, શુદ્ધ અંતઃકરણ અને પ્રેમાળ વ્યક્તિત્વને લોક કલ્યાણના પુણ્ય કર્મોમાં કુદરત કેવી રીતે નિમિત્ત બનાવે છે તે નવલકથા રૂપે પ્રસિદ્ધ થઇ. માનનીય સુ.શ્રી. કાજલબેન ઓઝા (વૈદ્ય)એ આ પુસ્તકની પ્રસ્તાવના લખી છે ,લેખક એમનો સદા ઋણી છે. ઘણા વાંચકોએ આ નવલકથાને પ્રેમથી વાંચી અને વખાણી.

તદોપરાંત કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૦૯માં “તોરણ“ શીર્ષક હેઠળ લેખક ટૂંકી અર્થાત મધ્યમ વાર્તાઓને વાંચકગણે પ્રેમપૂર્વક વધાવ્યો જે વાર્તાસંગ્રહમાં નવરસમાંથી શક્યત: સાહિત્યરસ પીરસવાની નિર્દોષ કોશિષ લેખકે કરી છે. લેખકે કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૦૯માં જ હિન્દી કાવ્ય સંગ્રહ "शिखर", “હિન્દી સાહિત્ય અકાદમી”ની આર્થિક સહાયથી પ્રસિદ્ધ કરેલ જેમાં એટલા સરળ અને સહજ રસદાયક વિષયો ઉપર કાવ્ય રચનાઓ કરી કે લોકોના હૃદયમાં આ પુસ્તક એક અનોખું સ્થાન પામ્યું.

એક શુન્યાવકાસ બાદ કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨માં અંગ્રેજી નોવેલ "CROSS X CONNECTION" તેમ જ કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩માં “THE NOBLE PUNISHMENT” અને "PREY OF THE LORD TIME" અંગ્રેજી નોવેલ પણ લેખકે લખી છે. હાલ કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪માં લેખકે હિન્દી ઉપન્યાસ "एक हैरत अंगेज़ फैसला" અને ગુજરાતી લઘુ નવલ કથા "શેર માટીની ખોટ" પણ લખી છે. લેખકેના કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩માં લખેલ અંગ્રેજી નોવેલ "PREY OF THE LORD TIME", હિન્દી ઉપન્યાસ "एक हैरत अंगेज़ फैसला" અને ગુજરાતી લઘુ નવલ કથા "શેર માટીની ખોટ" Nexus Stories Publications, Surat દ્વારા પ્રસિદ્ધ કરેલ છે. લેખકે હિન્દી ઉપન્યાસ "बेमेल जोड़ा" હિન્દી ઉપન્યાસ લખી જાન્યુઆરી, ૨૦૨૫માં સ્વપ્રકાશિત કરેલ છે. લેખકે જૂન, ૨૦૨૫માં "લલાટે લખ્યા લેખ" ગુજરાતી નવલકથા લખી અને એમેઝોન કિન્ડલ પર સ્વપ્રકાશિત કરેલ છે. એમણે કાર્ટૂનિસ્ટ તરીકે પણ એક મેગેઝીનમાં સેવા આપી છે.

લેખકના વિવિધ રચનાત્મક, પ્રેરણાત્મક અને આધ્યાત્મિક લેખો અગાઉ અમેરિકામાં જાણીતા મેગેઝીન "દેશપરદેશ" માં તેમ જ ગુજરાતના સાપ્તાહિક "ગુજરાતમેઈલ" આવતા હતા. હાલે કેનેડા સ્થિત સાપ્તાહિક "ગુજરાત ન્યૂઝ લાઈન"માં લેખકના રચનાત્મક, પ્રેરણાત્મક અને આધ્યાત્મિક લેખો પ્રસિદ્ધ થતા રહે છે.

લેખકે ગુજરાતી દૂરદર્શન ધારાવાહિકમાં ઘણી ગુજરાતી T.V. Serials, ગુજરાતી ચલચિત્રોમાં તેમ જ હિન્દી T.V. Serials માં પણ અભિનય કર્યો છે.તેમ જ અમુક હિન્દી ફિલ્મોમાં દ્રશ્યમાન થયા છે.
