John, Joe and Jeff's vacations had just started when a husky man comes ringing the doorbell asking for help. He reportedly owned two pots of ancient Romanian treasure out of which, one was stolen the previous night. The three Js had gained quite a reputation from the various cases they had solved in the city of Fischerberg. They agree to help the man thinking that a treasure hunt would be fun. Little did they know that it would prove to be full of danger as well with the thieves trying to get them out of the way by locking them up with a leaking gas cylinder and cutting down a tree to get the boys underneath it.
