Buddhist stories teach us how to live with Dharma (Dhamma). Dharma is an overarching principle that sustains life. Dharma comes from the Sanskrit word "Dhri", which literally means to sustain. There are many types of duties, like the duty of a soldier to protect its nation, also called dharma; a son's duty toward his parents, also called dharma; a teacher's duty to teach full-heartedly; and a leader's duty to lead its subjects to prosperity. Gautama Buddha explains the dharma of the soul, which is to liberate itself. and in this book, I try to bring wisdom from Buddhist jatakas (tales). and explain it through examples from the Ramayana and Mahabharata. the two main epic texts in the Sanatana Dharma, which also teach us about the eternal Dharma, which sustains us all.
