Kankar-Pathar (Pebbles and Stones)/Gurmukhi: ਕੰਕਰ ਪੱਥਰ is a collection of author’s original poems in Punjabi. Depicting a poet's journey from the self to the others and beyond - these poems are about love, peace and light, sorrow, separation and everlasting memories that transport the reader to a new world of dreams!

In the foreword, Dr. D. P. Singh writes that although Amandeep’s many poems are about self-reflection, love and sorrow, but poet also writes with a deep sense of involvement about world problems such as war, pollution and global-warming. He hopes for world peace, and a new green revolution. In the end, his personal sorrows are metamorphosed into sorrows of the humanity – which is reflected in his poem about Guru Nanak’s message – ‘No one is Hindu or Muslim, we all are children of one God!’
