Therapy can be overwhelming but good therapy is rewarding.
Our brain is constantly flooded with so many thoughts, painful memories from what happened in the past, the fear of the worse that may happen in the future, and sometimes it all happens to go downhill altogether.
I've been there, and I've taken help.
I tried finding a journal where I could pen all that happened to me during the stressful moments of my life. I also wanted to document the process of my healing because who knows if I'll need it again? I went on a hunt to find a book, journal, diary which can act as my companion during these though times but failed to find any so I decided to make one.
