The author is presently working as Infection control Nurse (ICN) in Government medical college of hospital, Thiruvallur. And simultaneously pursuing her PhD in nursing from Bharath institute of Higher education and research, selaiyur, TN. She has secured her master degree in pediatric nursing from DR.MGR medical university, Tamilnadu. she has the distinction of graduating from PPG College of Nursing Coimbatore with a 1st rank and college best out going. She has seven years of experience in teaching from private institution and through MRB qualifying exam joined government service from 2015 then she has worked in all health schemes like RCH, NCD, JSSY, RBSK, etc. in all levels of our health care system. She has worked as Forensic nurse in Forensic medicine and toxicology department. And has acquired experience and undergone various certification courses in forensic nursing and has also published international journal with her guidance from Dr.Narayanan MD, forensic expert. She has attended seminar’s and taken orientation program on forensic nursing for 3rd year nursing students As she found the importance of publishing the forensic nursing book as per INC syllabus, dedicate this book for the welfare of the nursing students.

Dr. Narayanan Seshan
MD, FM, Diploma in Criminal Law, PGDCLCF&S Is currently serving as a Senior Assistant Professor and Medicolegal Expert in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at Stanley Medical College, Chennai. He has extensive experience in teaching Forensic Medicine to both undergraduate and postgraduate students across various institutions in the state, he is deeply committed to academic excellence. He has authored numerous scientific articles and case reports, which have been published in reputed national and international journals. He has also actively contributed to the field through presentations at several state and national conferences.
