Re: The Lord: My Shepherd

Anniemama or Annie Varghese is our dear Mummy's younger sibling who was determined to make a place for herself in the Pulimootil Family and carve a road few would have taken.

Her beautifully crafted and chronological description of her life story is the essence of the adventure many who ventured into "greener pastures" would have experienced. Circumstances can change but the human spirit and deep faith in the Almighty helped her and her dear family headed by the sauve Rajanachayan makes compulsive reading. My mother was weakening by the time she got a copy of the first edition but she would make the effort to read it page by page and add in her own "spice" to the narrative... from her older sister perspective.

I would highly recommend this autobiography as a window into their times and the world in the dark continent which was the land of opportunity at that point in time. Best wishes and affectionate regards Anniemama. May God bless your efforts and dependence on The Good Shepherd - Our Saviour and Lord.
