When is our action considered a crime? What is crime? This offense can be divided into three clauses or three layers.
First Rule:- Crime is primarily an act. Our action is a crime to whomever it causes an adverse situation.
To whom our action creates a favorable environment, that action is just.
If it doesn't make any impact, it's a message that passes.
This is the first layer of crime. Even the first rule.
SECOND LAW:- The second class of reasons for imputing guilt after an act has been determined by another to be a crime. Here all actions have a reason. The second law of crime is how a cause that is favorable to us can be unfavorable to others.
Third rule:- Actions chase. Whether our actions are good or bad...crime or justice...the fruits of our actions come upon us. This is the third law of crime.
