About the Authors

B. Mahadevan has been working as a professor at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) for over 32 years. Earlier, Mahadevan completed his BE Production Engineering degree in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai (IIT Madras), followed by a Ph.D. Mahadevan served as the first Vice-Chancellor of Chinmaya University from 2016-18. He has written various books in the field of management. He has taught in Indian and foreign universities. He has worked as a consultant to various commercial companies in India and to the Central Government. Mahadevan has researched and written books on many subjects including Indian culture, Sanātana Dharma, and Bhagavad Gītā. He has conducted courses on management and Indian culture for students and senior executives working in administrations. He has shared his views in detail through Practical Vedanta Samvada on YouTube.

Anuradha Sridharan has worked as a product manager in the software industry for 15+ years in startups and multinational organisations. She holds a BE in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Madras and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. She has been an active blogger for the past 19 years, writing about diverse perspectives on nutrition, wellness, productivity, and philosophy. She is passionate about exploring Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) from the perspectives of health, wellness, and psychology.
