Kriya Yoga is an ancient system of God realization which is sometimes called as the 'rocket path' to realizing God because of its effectiveness and speed in transforming human consciousness. In this system the disciple gets initiated by a qualified Guru in the techniques of Kriya. Regular practice of kriya and devotion to the Guru lead to a holistic transformation of the disciple.This book is an attempt to share my insights and experiences on the path of Kriya under the guidance of my Guru.
