"Life at 23 with this girl I know” is about Life and Love and everything in between. Its fresh, untouched by the do's and don'ts of writing etiquette...its what the author saw and felt - as it is; where it is; how it is. It is heartfelt, and rightly so, it touches the heart of anyone who reads it. At least it did touch mine. I have read every poem in this book at least twice, for once is just not enough. I would recommend it to anyone who is in love, anyone who wants to be in love and anyone who hates love. I would recommend it to anyone who was 23, anyone who is going to be 23, and anyone who will be 23. I would recommend it to everyone, for it is definitely worth it.
Great work Bikram… looking forward to your next…
Re: Life at 23 with this girl I know
This book was bound to happen. Bikram’s intimate and frank interaction with his readers, through his poems is quite refreshing. His poems reflect the mental oscillations we’ve all been through at some point, turn or stage in our lives. The book is a lyrical essay on his past, mired in its bearing on the times to come. One can neither miss his discerning outlook to random situations nor the juvenile undertone to certain poems. I certainly look forward to more from Bikram.
