Once a Communication & Networking Engineer at TATA ELXSI, Lohith had a comfortable job, but his heart kept whispering, “Go where you can make the biggest difference.” So, he traded computers and circuits for chalk and classrooms—choosing to spend his days inspiring children instead of writing code.
Education runs in Lohith’s veins. Inspired by his father, a respected educator for over 40 years and founder of Little Rose Global School, Lohith believes teaching is more than a profession—it’s a way to change the world. He sees every child as a spark waiting to shine bright.
From studying in Barcelona, Spain, to publishing research and winning national and international honors like the Young Leadership Award and the Nelson Mandela Centenary International Honour, Lohith has shown that learning can take you anywhere. But his proudest moments are not the trophies—they’re the smiles of his students.
A Microsoft Innovative Educator and leader of countless school programs, Lohith fills the school with exciting clubs, creative events, science fairs, and community projects. He’s the kind of teacher who believes learning should be fun, curiosity should be celebrated, and kindness should always lead the way.
