Brandy got sober at 27 years old after years of delusions, the numbing effects of alcohol stopped working. She found herself attempting to commit suicide multiple times-thankfully never succeeding, she instead found sobriety after hitting rock bottom one sad night in December. She continues living her life in sobriety and recovery by helping others seeking to stop using substances or drugs get sober through her online recovery groups, recovery and life coaching, and by being open and honest with her path, her struggles, her life through blog posts, writing, videos, and podcasts. She is currently living in India with her fiancee, celebrating a substance-free life, and enjoying the happiness and gifts of freedom from narcissists.
