Living Earth – Gasping For Breath
This is a collection of poems on nature, environment and environment education. Earth’s environment is the life support system from which all life forms draw sustenance. Nature has worked out a grand design over ages but human activity has upset and degraded this natural delicate balance in the biosphere to the detriment of all life forms. The poems in the book draw the attention of the readers, especially the young readers, to this growing threat. The poems exhort the reader to be empathetic and adopt life styles more friendly to nature and environment. Nature will restore the imbalance and heal the environment if only man would begin to live in harmony with nature.
