This book narrates the journey of a character who is a doctor by profession and lives in a remotely located town in colonial India. The exploits of the protagonist are captured by his best friend and the story is set in the late nineteenth to early twentieth century. The protagonist enters the world of analysis and deductions by chance where his acute observance, highly developed natural analytical skills and fearlessness become legendary among the masses as well as the high and mighty.
