Author of this Book, Dhwani Rao, is a business legal professional and is working for a Company that encourages its employee to follow their dream and find their true self, without necessarily disassociating with the Company- hence the book .

She feels her role in the company is to decode law and jurisprudence without jargon or legalese to make It easily understood by the businesses and functions.
