About the Author

Dr. Dinesh Katre is a Product Innovator & Design Researcher. As Senior Director and founder of the Human-Centred Design & Computing Group at C-DAC, he led the creation of several award-winning software products. His work has earned global honours including the Emmett Leahy Award (2020), NDSA Innovation Award (2019), and Manthan Digital Inclusion Awards (2015, 2012). Dr. Katre holds a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from BITS Pilani and a Master of Design from IIT Bombay.
