Dr. Abhilasha Jain is a seasoned academician with over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Currently serving as the Professor and Head of the MBA (Hospital Administration) program, she also held the distinguished position of Dean, Faculty of Management of People's University, Bhopal. Dr. Jain holds a Ph.D., an MBA, and an M.Com., and is a registered Ph.D. guide, mentoring research scholars in various domains of management.
She has made significant contributions to curriculum design and development in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP), A prolific researcher, Dr. Jain has published extensively in reputed ABDC and UGC Care-listed journals and attended various seminars/ workshops/ conferences/ FDPs during her academic career, contributing valuable insights to the fields of finance and healthcare management. Her academic rigor and leadership continue to inspire excellence in both pedagogy and research within the management fraternity.
Dr. Sameer Sharma is Professor & Director of Bhopal Institute of Technology & Management-MBA, Bhopal. Besides over 23 years of teaching experience, Prof. Sharma has worked for 14 years in the industry in the field of Sales & Marketing with various companies including Tata Electronics, Bajaj Tempo, Kurlon, Muller & Phipps, Colgate-Palmolive & Wrigley’s. He is a B.Tech. (ECE), MBA (Marketing) and Ph.D. & UGC NET in Management. He also served as Professor & Dean in People's University, Bhopal and Maharishi University, Bilaspur and as a Professor in Amity University, Noida and in Mody University, Lakshmangarh. His areas of interest are Marketing, Business Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sales & Distribution. He has over 50 publications to his credit. He has supervised 09 doctoral scholars. Dr. Sharma is currently also serving as the Chairman of Indian Institute of Materials Management, Bhopal Branch. He has visited Leeds Metropolitan University, Leeds and Aston University, Birmingham in the U.K.
