Living beings are afraid of seclusion, since ‘our existence is societal and our well being mutual’. Our lives are closely knitted around our Relationships. We all are paranoid & apprehensive by nature and chase sanctity for our hysterical mind. Right from our first step into this eccentric & ruthless world, we tend to depend on others. Sometimes this dependency on the host goes incessantly, and we continue to be parasites till the time we find similar parasites and become the host ourselves. Those poignant moments in our lives compel us to seek refuge. Even an infant is aware when his mother is away & becomes impetuous when it can’t find her around.
The well being of any individual is in sync with the well-being of his/her relations with others. Various Studies have indisputably proved that the ability to cope up with stress and its after effects is higher in people having strong bonds with others and less in people who are unsocial. The repercussions associated with being alone could be as detrimental as that of side effects of diseases like high blood pressure, obesity, heart attack etc.
Relationships are evolved gradually, when two or more individuals connect to each other and lay the foundation by digging the ground called ‘heart’ to lay the stone called ‘trust’.
