Currently pursuing her second doctorate—a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Calgary—her research explores how individuals and organizations can adapt to the future of work through transformational learning, strategic capability building, and mindset shifts. She is particularly focused on creating frameworks that help both people and institutions evolve in response to emerging technologies, shifting workforce expectations, and rapid organizational change.
A Canadian author of Indian origin, she brings a uniquely global lens to modern workforce challenges. When she’s not working, you’ll find her with a book in hand or spending time with her beloved dogs, Dobby and Dabbu.
