Avijit Ghosh is an Indian musician, painter, poet, author, philosopher, and entrepreneur. He is the Founder of Hindi Sales University and the Charitrapreneur Movement, knowledge platforms that explore sales, entrepreneurship, leadership, and character through long-form education and public discourse.

His work spans multiple domains while remaining philosophically unified. As an author and philosopher, he examines character (Charitra), responsibility, and the inner foundations of human excellence. As an entrepreneur and educator, he reflects on sales, leadership, and ethical practice. As a painter, musician, and poet, his creative expressions engage with symbolism, impermanence, and contemplative inquiry across visual, musical, and literary forms.

He is also the creator of the Price of Time Protocol, a conceptual framework that explores the value, allocation, and ethical utilization of time as a foundational human asset. He has introduced a philosophical framework referred to as Zero Theory, which engages with concepts of emptiness, origin, and foundational states of existence. In addition, he is the founder of Avijit Ghosh Publishing House, an independent publishing initiative, and the initiator of the Nobo Bangla Initiative, a cultural movement dedicated to the revival, reinterpretation, and contemporary expression of Bengali thought, language, and identity.

He has received an honorary doctorate in recognition of his contributions to sales education, philosophical inquiry, and character-based thought.
