Dr. Chander Parkash Singh is an Assistant Professor in UILS, Chandigarh University and has done his doctorate in Anti Terrorism laws and Human Rights. He has attended several conferences, workshops and FDPs. Along with that he has authored 3 books and the editor of seven reference books. In his research work, he has also published research articles in UGC CARE and SCOPUS. Currenlty he is also supervising LL.M. Students in the respective institute.
