Dr. Dinachandra Singh Chingakham
An associate professor at Arunachal University of Studies in the faculty of education. He did his Doctor of Education (Ed.D), M.A (Geography), M.Ed, B. Ed, B.Sc. (Hons) Zoology, PG Diploma in Teaching and Education Management, Graduate Diploma in Teaching, TEFL certificate-Teaching English as Foreign Language from reputed university- Rangsit University Thailand, University of Delhi, All India Institute of Management Studies, Chennai, Ramkhamhaeng University Thailand, Chichester College, UK.
He has 20 years of teaching experience in Thailand and Cambodia. He did education observation in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Cambodia. He also did educational observations in Malaysia and Laos.

Ksh. Manoj Kumar Singha
Assistant Professor at Arunachal University of Studies, Namsai. He is currently a research scholar for a Ph.D at the same university. He did his M.A (Education), B.Ed, and B.Sc from reputed universities -Arunachal University of Studies, Namsai, Arunachal Pradesh, and Assam University Silchar, Assam.
