Dr. Harsha Patil is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at Kalinga University, Naya Raipur, where she also serves as the In-charge of the Research Department. With a rich academic and professional background, she holds dual PhDs in English and Education and has cleared the UGC NET in Education.Her research contributions span 25+ publications in UGC Care, Scopus, and peer-reviewed journals, covering diverse areas such as teacher education, emotional intelligence, and cooperative learning.

Dr. Patil has presented and participated in numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops. She is also an editor, resource person, and convener for various academic events. Her professional achievements include the Nari Shakti Ko Salam Award and National Civility Award. Additionally, Dr. Patil has authored five books and guided several research projects, including her recent submission to the ICSSR. She actively contributes to the academic community through her lifetime membership in organizations like ELT@I and NITTSD.
