About the Author

I, Dr. Jasbir Singh Chugh, am a medical doctor(MD) by profession. Writing has always been my passion. This title, "Whispers and Waves" is my first poetry book in English. Earlier I have authored a novel and a short stories book. Poetry, however, has always been my passion. Even during my school and college days, I used to write poems in English, Hindi and Punjabi but never thought of compiling these into a poetry book because of my professional involvements as a doctor. After retirement, I managed to devote enough time to complete this book.
This book is a product of my literary excursion, woven with passion and sincerity for the friends who love and enjoy reading poetry.
