About the Author: Dr. K. Natarajan (born in 1947) has worked as a Scientist, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and Chief, Advanced Research, VSSC, ISRO, India. He has also worked as Member, Technical Staff (Asia-Pacific) in the International Telecommunication Satellite Organization, DC, and posted to COMSAT, Clarksburg, Md., USA. He has served as Director, Space Physics in the Turkish Council of Scientific Research, Turkey. He has also worked as Professor, Dean and Director of Several Engineering Colleges. Dr. Natarajan has published or presented over 100 Technical Papers and Reports in Journals and Conferences.
