Dr. Khushboo Gupta is a PhD Home Science (Food Science and Nutrition) from Banasthali Vidyapith, Newai, India. Her research is primarily in the area of food processing entrepreneurial skill Inculcation and geriatric nutrition. The patent office, Government of India has granted a patent to Dr. Khushboo for her research on food formulation using RSM. Dr. Gupta has successfully completed more than 30 courses on various diverse topics organized by SWAYAM, UNICEF, WHO and Cornell University.
Dr. Gopeswar Mukharjee M.B.B.S., D.C.P., M.D. (Path.), Ph. D. (Path). Dsc (hon) is presently working as the Professor & dean of Brainware University, Kolkata. He has an experience of working for more than 20 years as pathologist in WBHS & more than 12 yrs as M.O including MOIC in Blood Bank. He is trained on HLA Techniques from AIIMS, New Delhi & Molecular Genetics pathology from Kolkata, W.B and trained on Laboratory Diagnosis of Hemophilia conducted by Hemophilia Federation (India).
Dr Esaivani KB was born in Tamilnadu. Being raised by proud parents, she is a more passionate and a budding pathologist. She started writing and publishing journals since 2022. This is her first book as editor in which she was very much interested to do.
Dr. Sangeeta is working as Assistant Professor in Home- Science (Food & Nutrition) at Ramabai Govt. Women Post Graduate College- Akbarpur, Ambedkarnagar- Uttar- Pradesh. She has 13 year experience of teaching to graduates and Post graduate students.
Dr K Anuradha has done her postgraduation and Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition from Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. Presently she is working as lecturer, SRR & CVR Govt. Degree College, Machavaram, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Dr. Poonam Jethwani has received her undergraduate and post graduate degree from G.B. Pant university of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, India in 2013 and 2015 respectively. She was awarded Ph.D. Degree in the field of food and nutrition in 2018 by Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, India.
