Dr. Khushboo Gupta is a PhD Home Science (Food Science and Nutrition) from Banasthali Vidyapith, Newai, India. She has been teaching subject including food chemistry, food analysis, therapeutic nutrition, human nutrition, human physiology and community nutrition, etc. Presently she is working as Assistant Professor in Trilok Singh TT College, Laxmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan.Dr. Khushboo is actively involved in community activities especially those concerned with self-employment, health and wellness, optimum nutrition and how to improve quality of life of a person and family. She is the keynote speaker and founder of her YouTube channel “Dietitian Ki Salah” through which she provides education related to optimum health, wellness and nutrition to masses.
A. Annapurna is a research scholar, pursuing PhD in Food & Nutritional Sciences, Acharya Nagarjuna University. She has qualified UGC – NET for Asst. Professor, has 13 years of experience as a teaching faculty. She published research papers, participated in poster presentations, presented papers at International Conferences and given guest lectures in colleges. She received several accolades and awards. She was one of the delegates at the National Festival of Letters, 2023 and International Literary Festival – Unmesha (2023) conducted by Sahitya Akademi, Ministry of Culture.
Dr Preeti Verma is a Subject Matter Specialist (Home Science) in Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Banasthali Vidyapith, Tonk, Rajasthan. She did her Ph.D. and M.Sc. from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. She has to her credit one book on preservation, two book chapters, thirty research papers in National and International Journals and seven popular articles in different magazines. She has actively participated and presented various research papers in National and International workshops, Seminars and conferences. She has also contributed to develop range of booklets, folders and study materials.
Dr. Pratibha Pal, currently working as Assistant Professor at Gandhi Satabdi Smarak P.G. College, Koilsa, Azamgarh, U.P. She is a professor with profound experience of teaching and research. She has completed her Ph.D in Home Science from CSJM University, Kanpur along with her Post Graduation in Home Science. She is accented with the knowledge in the field of communication skill and soft skill to satisfy career in the field of teaching and research. She has published 25 International and 5 National research papers along with 3 Course books.
Dr. Supriya, PhD, MSc Food Science & Nutrition (RND, Sadhna Awardee 2024), Senior Dietitian, working as HOD, Dept. of Dietetics & Nutrition, Mediversal Multi Super Speciality Hospital, Patna, CDE, IYCF & Lactation Expert. About 10 years experience in the field of nutrition, research, public health & community nutrition as well. Invited as public health speaker, Keynote speaker, panelist, chairperson and organized various nutrition awareness camp, webinar, etc. Secretary IAPEN India Patna Chapter. She presented papers in various national and international conferences.
