About the Authors

Dr. Megha Deepak Gokhe, an esteemed educator with 16 years of teaching experience, is the Principal of Thakur Shyamnarayan College of Education & Research. She holds multiple qualifications, including M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Phil., and a Ph.D. in Education. Recognized globally, she received the INDIRA PARIKH Award for Women Leaders and the Lifetime Educational Achievement Award in New Delhi, 2023. Her accolades include the Award of Excellence from ICSSR and Punjab University, along with various international honors. Dr. Gokhe co-authored three books, leads the Mumbai Chapter for Education through Equality (USA), and is Associate Programme Director at CTPD, Mumbai.

Dr. Sakshi Vermani Rishi is an accomplished Associate Professor at the School of Psychology and Education, Rishihood University, with 17 years in teacher education. A certified life skills trainer from Singapore University, she is also a CBSE Resource Person and UGC NET-qualified in Education. Dr. Rishi holds advanced degrees in Education and Political Science, a Ph.D. on Emotional Intelligence in the Bhagwad Gita, and multiple certifications in Educational Management and Leadership. She has authored six B.Ed. curriculum books, edited additional volumes, and published extensively in national and international journals. Her expertise spans value education, curriculum development, and life skills training.

Dr. Jugnu Khatter Bhatia, Principal of Satyug Darshan Institute of Education & Research, Faridabad, is a seasoned educationist with over 22 years of experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Education, along with multiple postgraduate degrees, including M.Phil (Commerce), M.A. (Psychology), and an M.B.A. in Educational Management. Dr. Bhatia specializes in Educational Psychology, Educational Technology, Teacher Education, and Research. She is Joint Secretary of CTEF Delhi NCR and Program Director of the IKS Circle at CTPD India. A published author and editor, she has contributed extensively to research and is active on editorial boards. Passionate about student growth, she leads with empathy and vision.

Dr. Balbir Kaur, an Associate Professor and Head of the B.Ed. Department at Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun, has dedicated over 19 years to teacher education. She holds dual master's degrees in English and Political Science, along with an M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Education. Dr. Kaur has supervised three Ph.D. scholars and guided over 30 dissertations, with four doctoral candidates currently under her mentorship. She has published 20 articles in reputable journals and presented 16 papers at national and international conferences. Additionally, she is actively involved in professional associations like CTEF and CTPD, where she serves as Associate Program Director.
