Description
The edited volume “Research Methods in Social Sciences” is meant to
serve as an guide to research methodology utilized in the social
sciences and subjects closely related to the primary areas of study for
doctoral scholars and those actively involved in research. The target
audience for this book consists of students, researchers, and professors
who teach research techniques. However, seasoned researchers can also
use this book as a quick and concised reference.
Rather than focusing solely on “research methodology,” this edited
book which comprises twelve chapters, covers the “research methods”
in its entirety, from the introductory chapter to the conclusion.
Theorizing and thinking like a researcher, both of which are critically
important for, astructured research work, add value to this book and
make its significance even greater. Most students can establish a
reasonable level of competency in research procedures, yet they need
help to think of relevant or exciting research problems or formulate
scientific concepts. This book is divided into twelve chapters, each
containing a unique proposal for research methodology.
We welcome the readers to comment and give suggestions which will
be helpful for us to bring out another volume of this edited book in the
near future.
