Description

It is with great satisfaction that we present this volume, which brings together diverse yet interconnected perspectives on law, society, finance, and digital transformation in India. The collection of chapters reflects a conscious attempt to address pressing contemporary issues ranging from gender justice and digital safety to financial innovation and artificial intelligence in education.
The book is structured around eleven chapters that traverse multiple domains. Beginning with socially urgent themes such as hate crimes against the LGBTQIA+ community, slut shaming, and digital misogyny, the discourse extends to broader questions of gender equity, globalization, and cross-border education. From there, it moves into analytical studies of digital banking in Chhattisgarh, employee behaviour in Raipur’s power plants, and the role of public–private partnerships in bridging governance and development gaps. The latter part of the book focuses on the growing impact of artificial intelligence, with specific attention to student success, personalized learning, and strategic financial management models for startups.
This thematic variety has been unified by an editorial decision to maintain a consistent style and format throughout the book. Minor modifications were made, with the prior consent of the contributors, to ensure coherence and readability while respecting the individuality of each author’s voice.
We believe this book will serve as a valuable resource for students, researchers, policymakers, and professionals. It not only provides theoretical insights but also links them with case studies, practical implications, and critical reflections suited to the Indian context.
We sincerely hope that readers will find this volume thought-provoking and useful for both academic enrichment and practical application.
