About the Author

Dr. R. Thangavel has more than 15 years of experience teaching in the field of commerce. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in Commerce at St. Thomas College of Arts and Science, Shift-II, Chennai. He has held several positions in various departments and is an organizer of various committees. He is highly competent and exhibited his talent and knowledge by serving as a member of the University examination cell, discipline cell, etc. He completed his B. Com from Periyar EVR College, Trichy, M.Com., from National College, Trichy, M. Phil. From Jamal Mohamed College, Trichy, MSW from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, and Ph. D. from Bharathidasan University. He has presented and published various papers in UGC CARE Listed Journals and National and International Conferences.
Dr. P. Elangovan has more than 15 years of experience teaching in the field of commerce. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in a Corporate Secretaryship at St. Thomas College of Arts and Science, Shift-II, Chennai. He has held several positions in various departments an organizer of various committees. Com from Periyar EVR College, Trichy, M.Com., from Urumu Dhanalakshmi College, Trichy, M. Phil. From Urumu Dhanalakshmi College, Trichy, and Ph. D. from Bharathidasan University.
