I wanted to write this book that is "Wild life Management without Tears" , because I felt that innovative ideas in managing wild life areas is very vital for success of the project.
Many a time we don't know what are the factors responsible for decline in tiger and other wild animals from the area and what exactly we should do to help this .
Tourism is one field which I felt is important for the conservation and reducing the man animal conflict by providing employment to all level of local people right from tea shop owner to big Hoteliers and resort owners and lot of youth get employment as guide etc.
This also helps to inculcate the values of wild life conservation and its importance in the society , country and in the world . It also helps to form a positive idea towards conservation in political circle , Bureaucracy and people who matters in state policy and administration. But tourism was seen as against conservation to some extent so I thought to highlight this in my book as it helps conservation .
