About the Author

Dr. Reena Uniyal Tiwari is presently working as Associate Professor, Department of Teacher Education, D.A.V (P.G) College, Dehradun, Uttrakhand. She is M.Sc (Zoology), B.Ed (University Gold Medalist), M.Ed (University Gold Medalist)from M.L Sukhadia University,Udaipur,Rajasthan. She cleared NET-UGC (Education)and has done Ph.D (Education), M.A (Psychology) from H.N.B.Garhwal University, Sri Nagar, Uttrakhand. She has a wide experience of more than 25 years as a Teacher Educator and has published 22 papers in National and International journals and contributed around 17 chapters in Edited Books. She has edited one book and member in, Editorial Board of two National level Journals. She also won awards-Asian Education Award for BEST Teaching-2021, Nari Shakti Puruskar, Humanitarian Excellence Award-2022, Teacher of The Year Award-2022 by CM of Uttrakhand, GC Memorial Best Resource Person (2nd), Best Faculty Author (3rd)-2022 from CTEF India. Her area of interest in Teaching and Research are Educational Psychology, Teaching Skills, Philosophy of Education, Pedagogy of Science and Guidance & Counseling.

Dr. Nishi Tyagi has a diverse academic and professional career. She obtained her Ph.D. degree (Education & Sanskrit Literature) from CCS University, Meerut, UP, India. Her research interests include Educational Management, Language Education, Teacher Education, and psychological aspects of Education. She has contributed to the ‘Development of Handbook for Teachers working in Special Training Centres Department of Elementary Education, NCERT, New Delhi. She has immense experience of designing curriculum and conducting professional development programs on Teacher Education at National and International level. She has edited and authored several books and contributed chapters in various books. She has published numerous research papers in reputed journals on multidimensional issues of education. She is an active member of the editorial board of several journals and professional bodies. She has extensive experience of teaching in leading institutions / universities of India for about 15 years. She is currently working as an Associate Professor & Head, Department of Education at Modern College of Professional Studies, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, UP.

Dr. Akanksha Srivastava is currently working as an Associate Professor with The School of Education, Sharda University, Greater Noida. Her academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Education from Nagpur University on Type 1 Diabetes, along with an M.sc in Anthropology, a Master’s in Education, and an M.A. in English. In addition to the above- mentioned degrees, she has also qualified NET in Education and Anthropology, SET in Education and has also been awarded gold medals for her M.Ed. and M.A. degrees. Along with many national certificates has to her credits certificates from eight International Universities Dr. Srivastava has been a part of the teaching industry for many years and has worked with the likes of several esteemed Universities in Dehradun, Jammu and Nagpur. Her works have been presented and published in the form of papers and chapters in various reputed International and National journals and she also has to her credit books published nationally as well as internationally. She has conducted many professional development programs on Teacher Education at National and International level. She has delivered many invited lectures and acted as resource person in various workshops and conferences. She has been awarded with different prestigious awards also. Her fields of interest include, but are not limited to, Research, Educational Psychology and Public Communication.
