Dr. R. Eswaraiah, MBA, Ph.D., MISTE, is an esteemed academician with over 25 years of teaching and research experience in management education. He currently serves as the Associate Professor and Head of the Department of MBA at Narayana Engineering College (Autonomous), Gudur, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh.

He earned his Ph.D. in Finance from Vikrama Simhapuri University, SPSR Nellore District, in June 2024. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Madras (2008) and a Master’s in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati (1999). His academic qualifications and leadership experience have enabled him to contribute effectively to curriculum design, faculty mentoring, and student development.

Dr. Eswaraiah has handled a wide range of subjects, including Financial Management, Investment Analysis, International Financial Management, Managerial Economics, and Human Resource Management. His research interests lie in finance, banking, and rural entrepreneurship, and he has published papers in reputed journals such as IJIRT and Muktshabd.

He has actively participated in faculty development programs, including a Five-Day Online FDP on Research Methodology and IPR organized by Geethanjali Institute of Science & Technology, Nellore.
