The book ‘Managing Quality in Higher Education Institutions’ discusses quality management in higher education institutions keeping in mind different accreditation parameters used in India for higher education institutions. This book discusses how the higher education institution manages quality assurance in its operations to bring about continuous improvement in teaching and learning. The book discusses some challenges that need critical intervention in the management of quality assurance in the higher education institutions. In the fifth chapter, Dr. Jyoti Tiwari focused on the benefits of experiential learning and how we can integrate the experiential learning model for higher education. In the sixth chapter, Dr. Meenu Singh & Kiran described assessment challenges and opportunities for both learners and teachers. In the seventh chapter, Rosy Tigga explained local community service. Community service provides students a considerable opportunity to explore academic interests in the real world. Community service and volunteering for college students give young people the opportunity to become active members in their communities, creating a positive societal impact. In the eighth chapter, Dr. Sarvjeet Kaur Brar described conceptual framework of creative pedagogy and suggest various measures to create learning spaces by using various technological tools to enhance students’ creativity. In the ninth chapter, Dr. Bratati Dasgupta & Dr. Ritu Rani discussed integration of vocational and mainstream higher education. They focused on various programmes of training equips students with specialized skills to perform a specific job within the fold of NEP 2020.

In the sixteenth chapter, Nidhi Gupta & Anurag Mittal explored various aspects of technology integration in higher education and revealed major benefits and problems of technology supported education together with their possible misuses. In the seventeenth chapter, Dr. Amit Kumar S. Gagare explained the concept, importance and challenges of e-governance in higher education institutions.
