About the Authors

Dr. Sanjay Kumar, an esteemed academician, is affiliated with Saraswati College of Professional Studies in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. He holds postgraduate degrees in Commerce, Education Management, and Marketing Management, and is UGC-NET qualified in Education, Commerce, and Management. Dr. Kumar earned his doctorate in Business and Management from JNU, Jaipur. With over 24 years of distinguished experience in teaching, academic administration, research, accreditation, and online education, he exemplifies a commitment to lifelong learning. Dr. Kumar has enriched his expertise through 11 certifications and refresher courses, including a gold medal-winning performance in a Marketing Research and Analysis course from IIT Roorkee under NPTEL in 2017, where he secured 93% marks. His scholarly contributions include authoring 5 books, editing 14 books, contributing 28 book chapters, and publishing 10 research papers, with one paper on “Understanding Different Issues of the Unit of Analysis in Business Research” garnering over 145 citations on Google Scholar. He also holds 3 patents in the education domain. A sought-after thought leader, Dr. Kumar has been invited as a resource person, guest speaker, and keynote speaker at 20 national and international programs. He has organized 29 faculty development programs at both national and international levels and has been honored with 8 awards for his exemplary contributions to education and society. Currently, Dr. Kumar serves as the chief editor of two prestigious national journals, Edulink and The CTE National Journal. He is also deeply engaged in professional development, holding the position of Program Director at the Social Development and Research Foundation (SDRF) and President of the Council for Teachers Professional Development (CTPD), further solidifying his dedication to advancing education and research.

Dr. Parthiban. G, is a Teacher Educator at the B.Ed., and M.Ed., levels with 9 years of teaching experience in various organizations. He obtained his Master’s degree in English from University of Madras and Master’s degree in Education, Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai. He holds the Master’s degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Alagappa University. He has completed Post Graduate Diplomas in Educational Technology, Higher Education and Educational Administration and Supervision. He has successfully completed more than 5 Massive Open Online Courses in different platforms. He has passed National Eligibility Test (NET) in Education and also in Adult Education conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC). His main areas of specializations are English Language Teaching, Educational Research, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology and Guidance and Counselling. He has attended orientation programmes and internship courses organized by UGC and ICSSR. He has participated in several national seminars, workshops and conferences and published number of papers in reputed journals. He has been an active educationist and acting as an interview panel member for various institutions.
