Srividya is a Career Counsellor and Personal Growth Coach who believes in helping each individual tap into their innate potential. A doctorate in Organizational Psychology, she has close to two decades of experience in the corporate, consulting and educational sector.
She founded LifeVidya, a boutique Career counselling and Personal Growth firm for students, professionals, teens and the returning workforce in November 2019. The objective was to help her clients transition through critical stages of their life and make wiser choices regarding subjects, courses, streams, and other professional decisions.
