Dr. Tania Gupta is Professor & Dean, School of Education and Former Dean, Student Welfare K. R Mangalam
University, Haryana, India. She earned her doctorate in Education (Ph.D.) and Master in Education (M.Ed.)
from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Her other professional qualifications include UGC NET Education, M.A.
(Economics) and Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Planning and Management (PGDEPM). During her
variegated professional experience of 22 years from school to university level, she has ceaselessly endured
demonstrating exemplary leadership in creating the best learning environment and fostering a vibrant
organizational culture with robust ethos, professional ethics, teamwork, discipline and safety, creativity and
innovation. She has been the founder Editor of various national and international journals of Education. There
are several research papers, edited books, book chapters and patents published to her credit. She has been
conferred with several prestigious awards. She believes in lifelong learning and advancing education through
insightful discourse and effective communication in seminars, conferences and training programmes. Her
academic and research interests include education policy, higher education, economics of education, teacher
education, inclusive education, educational leadership and management. She is Vice-Chairperson of Council
for Teacher Education Foundation (CTEF), Delhi NCR Chapter & Secretary General of Council for Teachers
Professional Development (CTPD). She is a lifetime member of Eudoxia Research University, U.S.A , AIAER,
GERA, CTPD and InSc.
Meenakshi, a corporate trainer, consultant and subject matter expert to companies for business
development, sales & marketing. An experienced and dynamic public speaker at both national &
international platforms. She currently works as Associate Professor, School of Management & Commerce, KR
Mangalam University, India. She also looks after the internationalization of university. Earlier, she was
working with IIM Ahmedabad, deputed at NTPC School of Business, and was in-charge of Executive
education office. Prior to moving back to India, she was lecturing close to 7 years at School of Economic &
Business Sciences, University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. She also spearheaded Industry
Relations at School of Economic & Business Sciences, SA. She holds 18 years of experience in research and
academics, in Universities - Delhi University, Amity University, Ambedkar University, IGNOU & also with
agencies like The World Bank, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, NCERT (National Council
of Educational Research & Training), Govt. of India, etc. She specializes in Marketing & Consumer Behaviour,
Rural Marketing, Technology Innovation & Sustainability. She has conducted management development
programmes and trained 500+ senior and middle level managers from 25 companies. Also participated in
numerous national, international seminars and conferences. Conceptualized various committees for
bringing academic and institutional excellence. She has various research publications both national and
international. Meenakshi holds Masters Degree, in Resource Management and Extension from Delhi
University, India and also holds a higher post-graduation from Michigan State University, Michigan, USA. She
completed her PhD in business model innovation and green sustainability, at the University of
Witwatersrand, South Africa.
