His father's name is Ashim Bhanja Chowdhury and mother's is Rita Bhanja Chowdhury, Kabya Bhanja Chowdhury is the name of his only son. He obtained post graduate degree (MDS) from Khulna university, Bangladesh and is now serving at a state-owned bank in Bangladesh. Rabindranath Tagore and Satyajit Ray are his favorite writers. Childish, Sci-fi, Cli-fi have been more easier to him. His book`Shalik Buro O Foring' has gained more readers' attention. In all renowned magazines and dailies in Bangladesh, his works are being published regularly.
