This book is based on lots of learning I have had working in the US, Europe and Asia with great managers and leaders.

About the Author

Anand Kumar Padmanaban is a management professional with extensive experience working in US, Europe and Asia.
Currently is Partner and Evangelist for HR.COM and is a principal with ELADO, a management consulting firm.
He also consults as VP for India Operations for a US based smart instrumentation company.
Anand loves to indulge in coaching, mentoring and career counseling as hobbies. He also loves conducting training programs in people management, leadership, project management and soft skills and is a regular speaker at many events.
