Decision making appears to be a simple activity but the process leading to a decision is quite complex. It is almost impossible to cover all factors that influence a decision making process but the book picks out the key ones which does contribute or influence significantly during the process of decision making. Aim is to make the audience more aware about these factors so that acceptance of the decision taken becomes easier.
