The book tries to address the myths surrounding memory and concentration and provides relevant explanations about the facts. It is these misunderstandings that have resulted in the difficulty in tackling problems with regard to memory and concentration. This book also enumerates the steps to be taken at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels to develop efficient memory. Instead of trying different methods to concentrate, it is better to reduce the noises arising from the body and mind. These are also enlisted here.
Hope this book will help one and all in solving problems related to memory and concentration,
