This manuscript is a continuous effort of the author for helping organisations building positive safety cultures, which includes 14 chapters highlighting novel features of the Economics of Safety culture management from the Practitioner's Perspective.

Corporates’ top management must take a right direction towards implementation of a robust safety culture in three steps: introduction, intervention, and integration. Introducing the safety culture (SC) components to an entire organisation, then the top management directs SC as an intervention, and integrate it as a safety management system (SMS) of an organisational culture.

This publication includes examples, case studies, data, extensive literature review in order to make reading as interesting, authentic and easy as possible, with the hope of creating best safety culture
