Board of studies member in oceanography and costal area studies of Alagappa University karaikudi, T.N. He has completed 2 minor and 1 major research project funded by UGC New Delhi. He has organized 3 conferences and participated in more than 65. He has published 5 books, 55 research articles with National and International publishers.
