Author 1: Dr. Nidhi Gupta is currently working as faculty in Dept. of Commerce & Management in Pt. J. L. N. Govt .P. G. College, Faridabad. She is Mcom, MBA, Ph.D . She is UGC NET qualified in both Commerce & Management. She is having work experience of 8+ years in teaching and research. Previously she was associated with S.S.B.T Gurgaon & Aggarwal College, Ballabgarh as a lecturer. She is also associated with IGNOU as a academic counsellor. She has published nine research papers in various renowned International Journals. She has presented ten research papers in National as well as international seminars & conferences. She was awarded with best research paper award in International Conference.
