Dr.S.V.S Kishore Kumar, a Doctorate in Commerce worked as a bank executive for 35 years and took voluntary retirement and started practicing as advocate in Hyderabad. He worked in various capacities while he was in banking service. While working in banking service he developed several innovative practices and got several appreciations from the top management. He is a recipient of Micro Research Award from IIBF, Mumbai. His spiritual bent of mind since childhood made him a serious approach in reading and practicing divinity in the daily life. He inspires youngsters and motivates them in building their career. He inspires youngsters on the spirit of dedication towards organization development and always counsel good practices. He is a fighter of women rights and preaches for respecting women in the society. He advocates youth that life is important and not problems in the life and face challenges in life to reach greater heights. He is a member of many spiritual societies and he loves to participate in debates on spirituality. He is a good counselor who transformed many inactive people to pursue dynamic careers. He has organized number of programmes on Leadership, Motivation, Communication, Organizational Behavior and entrepreneurial development. He wrote several books on banking, management, human resources development, information systems and security in banking. He also wrote poetry, short stories and novels in Telugu language. His books are available in web. He established a Charitable Trust a decade back through which he is organizing free meals for poor and also extending financial help to poor students to pursue their studies. He made it as a policy to spend income from sale of books towards charity.
